Welcome to Cebu Lactation (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a consultation, purchasing a course, or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services
We provide lactation consulting, breastfeeding education, and related support services. Our services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition. Always seek advice from your doctor, pediatrician, or qualified health provider regarding any questions about your health or your baby’s health.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about your health, your baby’s health, and feeding history.
- You agree to follow up with a licensed healthcare provider for medical issues outside the scope of lactation support.
- If your baby shows signs of distress, illness, or poor feeding, seek urgent medical care immediately.
3. No Emergency Services
We do not provide urgent or emergency medical care. If you believe you or your baby is in an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
4. Fees and Payment
- All fees are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) for Philippine Residents and US Dollar (USD) for international clients outside the Philippines
- All fees must be paid in full before or at the time of service.
- Accepted payment methods: Paypal, Gcash, Bank Transfer (Local Philippine Banks only), Credit/Debit Cards via SaligPay
- For packages or multi-session bookings, unused sessions expire after 3 months from purchase.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full fee.
- Digital products, workshops, and on-demand courses are non-refundable once purchased, due to instant access. Except under the conditions of the “Love it or It’s FREE” Refund Policy.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your personal and health information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may keep records of consultations for follow-up and quality purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services. You understand and agree that you are responsible for decisions and outcomes related to feeding your baby.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (handouts, videos, worksheets, etc.) are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
