By submitting your registration and payment for the Milk Supply Simplified Workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Payment & Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- If the event is canceled by the Organizer.
- If the Participant invokes the Organizer’s “Love it or it’s free” guarantee, subject to the terms and eligibility of the guarantee as stated at the time of registration.
- Workshop Schedule & Format: The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the workshop or modify the format of delivery (e.g., substituting a live session with a pre-recorded presentation). The educational objectives of the workshop will still be maintained.
- Educational Purpose Only: This workshop is intended for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for personal medical concerns.
- Intellectual Property: All materials shared during the workshop are the intellectual property of the Organizer and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability: The Organizer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from participation in the workshop or application of the information provided.
- Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and used solely for workshop-related communications.

Milk Supply Simplified Workshop
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Milk Supply Simplified Workshop (“Workshop”) hosted by Gie Pioquinto, Cebu Lactation (“Organizer”).
By registering for and attending the Workshop, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:
1. Workshop Details
- Title: Milk Supply Simplified
- Date and Time: June 21, 2025
- Location: Online via Zoom
- Organizer: Gie Pioquinto, Cebu Lactation
The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the workshop or to change the format of delivery (i.e, instead of a Live Zoom presentation, a pre-recorded video). Rest assured, the educational objectives of the Workshop will still be followed.
2. Payments and Refund Policy
- Full payment must be made upon registration to secure your slot.
- Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the Organizer cancels or reschedules the Workshop and the Participant cannot attend the new schedule.
- Transfer of registration to another person is allowed upon prior notice to the Organizer.
3. Intellectual Property
- All Workshop materials (including slides, handouts, recordings, and resources) are the property of the Organizer.
- Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the Organizer.
4. Health Disclaimer
- The Workshop is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult your healthcare provider, pediatrician, or IBCLC for any personal medical concerns related to breastfeeding or lactation.
- The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding specific breastfeeding outcomes or milk supply results.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Any personal information shared during the Workshop will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to the Workshop and future offerings by the Organizer.
- The Organizer may record the Workshop for internal purposes. Participants will be notified if recording takes place.
6. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant who behaves in a disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate manner.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Organizer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the Workshop.
- By participating, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with applying the information discussed.
8. Changes to Terms
- The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to Participants.
